dotmailer – Data Centre & Azure Connectivity
dotmailer’s network segregation plans had been sat idle for months, so unpicking a network that had ‘organically’ grown since the conception of dotmailer 15 years ago was a sizeable challenge for a network solutions provider to take on. dotmailer also wanted to investigate options for connecting their regional sending nodes to their EU and US regions.

Girls’ Day School Trust
Future-proof wireless and infrastructure for the UK’s leading network of independent girls’ schools. GGR Communications worked tirelessly to complete this project within a tight schedule to ensure that all 42 sites were operating seamlessly. The project entailed installing over 400 switches, 2000 access points and 1700 handsets, providing the capacity for every pupil to have a secure, connected device.

Established in 1966, Anglian Group are the UK’s leading supplier of home improvement solutions. GGR migrated Anglian’s network across to a Virtual Private Network with ISDN backup, sourcing equipment and managing the relationship with the network carrier. The bandwidth was increased by 20 times and the savings made paid for 25 sites to be fitted with new wireless and switching within 12 months.
The existing Wi-Fi was not able to cope with the demand from the growing number of iPads and laptops within the school, and both teachers and pupils were finding it very frustrating and obstructive to the teaching and learning process. British Horseracing Authority
The BHA is the governing and regulatory body for horseracing in Great Britain. GGR proposed a perimeter security solution integrated with a secure remote access solution to prevent unauthorised users and protect their data and their clients’ data. The solution enabled web filtering to control employee usage, and also reporting tools to give complete visibility.
Among the UK’s original renewable energy trailblazers, REG Windpower wanted to improve their carbon footprint by implementing a sustainable solution that facilitated meetings between geographically opposed offices and reduced costs of employee time and travel. GGR worked installed LifeSize Video Conferencing as a flexible solution providing HD video communication for groups, teams and individual workers across all office locations.
