We offer a range of Professional services and a number of different ways to finance those services. We have made it possible to buy time in hourly blocks, or full days, and some of our customers choose to pre-purchase time, in the form of a Credit to benefit pro-rata cost reductions.
Our Professional Services team can be made available outside of office hours, 24x7x365.
As a GGR customer, in addition to an Account Manager, your business will have a dedicated GGR Professional Services Engineer, who has a comprehensive knowledge of your account and your networks. These engineers are designated as your Technical Point of Contact (TPoC). They will be available to assist with any technical query, over and above a standard Support call. From experience, our customers truly value this service and it’s what we think believe makes us different from our competitors.
GGR Communications have dedicated Project Management resource to ensure a smooth delivery from sale to closure. We practise the Prince2 methodology to manage and control financial, technical and time constraints throughout each job’s lifecycle from initiation through to design, implementation and service handover.

High-Level and Low-Level Design
Scoping of network projects is essential to their overall success. Here, at GGR Communications we spend time understanding what the required output is from any project undertaking. We then provide a Scope of Works, or a change control, for that work, allowing for complete transparency of the schedules, impact and accountability for those actions, giving our customers the confidence to make informed decisions about their network services. Your Account Manager and your Technical Point of Contact at GGR will work closely with you to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
