At Cornet Switching Systems we offer our clients a complete end-to-end service. Our engineers will meet with you to discuss the best solution for you, meeting your exact requirements. For many of our clients, this involves bespoke equipment design within high security enviroments.



Installation of equipment is part of the service. Once the equipment has been designed and agreed, a team of Cornet Switching Systems’ expert engineers will be on-site to install your equipment.


Aftersales Support

Cornet Switching Systems offer extensive support services, including on-site hardware maintenance, remote monitoring and fault diagnostic assistance. We are also able to offer our clients an extended warranty on equipment. Our goal is to help you get the best from your project, from conception through to aftersales support.



We offer our customers full support and are on-hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the process. In our experience, once Cornet equipment is correctly installed it rarely fails with a hardware problem. However, if it does then you can rely on our expert engineers to find the solution!



We host several training courses throughout the year, hosted at our dedicated facility in Worcestershire. Our courses ensure that skill levels are kept up to date and the sessions also encourage interaction between the user groups. Our courses run for four and a half days, however we can run a two day refresher course for those delegates who have previously attended a full course.
