Stan James offers horse racing, football and sports betting via telephone, website and mobile applications, as well as providing their customers with an online casino, poker room, online slots hall and fixed odds games.
GGR have been working with Stan James for 8 years and we were first approached with a specialised X.25 Credit Card infrastructure problem. Today GGR are responsible for the entire network design and configuration of all UK and Gibraltar sites. GGR have designed and configured datacentres for Stan James in London, Wantage, Gibraltar and Madrid including security, firewalls, IPs and load balancing.
Stan James has recently acquired the Bet Direct brand from 32 Red, and has successfully integrated the company’s customers onto the Stan James platform, whilst maintaining the Bet Direct brand. Stan James were able to do this with no changes to the network infrastructure they had already invested in, as additional interfaces were installed to bring an extra 60 lines into the call centre.
GGR provide network design, installation and consultancy to Stan James for their LAN, WAN and security infrastructure. In addition GGR have provided Stan James with a 250 seat fully redundant telephony network together with a 120 agent call centre using Cisco Unified Call Manager and Unified Contact Centre Express products.
When the site in Gibraltar was moved to new premises GGR assisted in managing the move of the network and built a new call centre based on IP Telephony. This is now a 120 seat call centre with over 200 lines running multiple language and white label partners 24x7x365.
