The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) is the governing and regulatory body for Horseracing in Great Britain. GGR has recently successfully delivered the BHA's Perimeter Security and Access Project (PSAP).

GGR Software PAD, used by utility companies for telemetry and meter reading technologies, allows customers to use Cisco Hardware and Virtual COM Ports to emulate serial lines and legacy X.25 equipment for use in many applications. We have successfully replaced banks of legacy X.25 equipment and multi-port serial services with IP based services for many of our customers.
GGR Extension Mobility (EM) application for Unified Call Manager and Unified Contact Centre Express facilitates synchronisation of telephony system and PC login. This takes hot desking to the next level, even within the Contact Centre environment. Once a user logs onto a PC the IP phone will also be logged in. EM provides a small system tray method of controlling the Contact Centre agent's status and reporting without the complexity or screen space usage of other agent desktops.
GGR Wallboard is asimple free application that pushes Unified Contact Centre Express statistics to both physical wallboards, a software PC based wallboard and also as an XML web page for Cisco IP phones.
