networking equipment to identify potential problems before they cause downtime. |

Remote
Diagnostics
For initial response, we can
offer the services of one of our network engineers to remotely investigate a reported
problem (where applicable) which may either remove the need for a site visit, or ensure
that correct replacement parts are available to the on-site engineer. |

On Site
Engineer With a guaranteed response time of usually 4 or 8
working hours, an on site contract ensures that you get a qualified engineer, with common
replacement parts to attend the problem within a pre-determined timeframe to attend to the
faulty equipment. |

Pay-Per-Incident Where response time is not so important, we can always
provide an engineer at the next available opportunity, which we would endeavour to provide
within 3 working days, and the standard engineering rates would apply, this could be
tailored to include an annual retaining fee, which guarantees the response time, with the
visit charged at a slightly reduced rate. |
