GGR Communications Ltd further strengthens its Management Team
GGR Communications Ltd , the Droitwich
based Data Communications company is pleased to announce two important
internal promotions.
Adrian Clinton-Watkins B.Eng (Hons), CCDP, CCNP, CCVP,MCP,
has been appointed to the role of Group Managing Director. The GGR group
consists of its Current Technology Division specialising
in VoIP and VPN Security and its Cornet Switching
Systems Division which concentrates on Serial (Matrix) Data Switches and
other Tech Control for Communications Centres , mainly in Government Departments and Defence networks.
Previously GGR’s Technical Director,
Adrian brings 14 years of experience in Data Communications Networking
Integration and Consultancy as well as Government communications
requirements.
Jeff Heath, CCVP, has been promoted to the position of Engineering
Manager, also of the GGR Group. Jeff has been with GGR for approaching 10
years, first with its cabling division and latterly as its Current
Technology Engineering Coordinator.
This follows on from the appointment last year of Katharine
Griffiths ACCA to head up the groups Finance and Administration team.
Commenting on these appointments the Group Chairman, Ken Gooding,
said ‘that the new Management team had been appointed to lead the
company into its next phase of growth. Specific emphasis would be given to
better integrating the sales and engineering activities of the company. GGR
had prided itself on the technical added value that it had brought its
customer base and this needed to spread to a wider market.’
