The ISO 9001 standards are the recognised standards for an organisation’s internal quality management, in particular the processes followed by a certified business to ensure all products and services satisfy the quality requirements and expectations of customers whilst also complying with any relevant industry regulations.
Since being awarded the Certificate we have been devising a 12 to 18 month structured plan to allow us to further develop and improve our quality systems and procedures, which in turn will further enhance customer satisfaction.
