GGR Communications are specialised in Advanced Unified Communications (VoIP), VPN / Security and Foundation routing and switching. We are proud of these certifications as they demonstrate our abilities across the technologies, as well as the delivery of projects to total customer satisfaction. The certifcations cover the whole lifecycle of the technologies from sales, design, installation and support.
Engineering Knowledge
GGR Communications engineers are fully certified in their specialist areas, in addition to holding Cisco general network certifications. From our top CCIEs to our CCNAs they all hold relevant specialist Cisco certifcations - such as Security, Design or Unified Communications (VoIP). Between them our engineers have decades of experience in the implementation, design and support of Cisco and other network technologies.
In addition many of our engineers are certified and knowledgable in technologies outside of Networking. These may cover knowledge of Server technologies such as Microsoft and Unix, Virtualisation or programming. It is this ability to understand and configure a whole solution for a customer that underpins GGR's advantage.
Demonstration Facilities
GGR Communications have the facilitiy to demonstrate all of the products, services and technologies that we specialise in. We can demonstrate these at our offices, or offer on site demonstration and trial to our customers. Our extensive engineering labs contain relevant equipment for customer proof of concept and testing.
Support
GGR Communications runs its own support for Cisco products and services. We do not rely on third party support from Cisco or other companies.
